Chavon D. White  

Chavon D. White has always loved to write and can now add the title author to her resume with her first book, The Hoopstar. She is a native of Louisiana, where she resides with her family. Chavon is an educator, school counselor, small business owner, wife, and mother of five. She celebrates her love for reading and writing with hundreds of kids each year through her author visits. She hopes children will want to take a plunge into a good book.
